I’ve developed a series of keynotes and workshops that support leaders and teams to better manage workplace stress, feel better AND find more success. Shared through the lens of personal stories and backed by research, my curriculum is all about helping people to take accountability for shifting to a “wellness mindset”. I share concepts and a series of tangible, experiential tools including mindfulness-based practices to help professionals interrupt the cycle of automatic, unhelpful thoughts, re-frame stress and focus more on what we can control and influence. It’s all about learning and implementing workplace survival skills for the modern age that will help people incrementally feel better, build resiliency, and as a result, improve their performance and overall levels of success.
